Marty, Sarah and I arrived at the airport about 20 minutes before Sarah D. from Italy came. Joe couldn't make it, he had football practice. That's the price of making the "A" team as a freshman.
Sarah D seems really nice, even though she was really tired, she was very polite and kind. She speaks English well. I can tell when she doesn't really understand what I am saying, she says kind of the same things I say to my mother when I don't really understand her. Things like "oh...yeah... humm.."
As we drove home both Sarahs talked about school, dances, and music. After we got home we made a call to her family to let them know that she arrived safely. From what I can tell Sarah D. will do well here. Today we will need to go to the county health department and get some things done there so that she can get into school.
Sarah D. ate her first American fast food in Chicago. She told us that she had a hamburger and shake at Johnny Rockets. Tonight, because it is Wednesday and we have Mutual, she will eat her first American left overs. Any suggestions for Thursday's menu?

Congrats on your new arrival! She is beautiful. I bet the other siblings are so proud. I guess I had better send a gift. I will ask Joey what he thinks would be good for the new Sarah Dee. By the way Joe thought you named her after Sarah and yourself.
