Prom 2009

Prom was fun for the Sarahs this weekend. They both went on day dates and later got their makeup done at Nordstrom's.

Look how precious!
Sarah looked so pretty in her prom dress. I was even her hairdresser.

Memories that won't soon be forgotten. The date was a little rough. Sarah D's date did not have a car, a group, or a clue about prom. They ended up being the only two in the theater as they watched a movie for their day date and his neighbor was their designated driver. They went to Applebee's for dinner and had a fun but a little awkward time at the dance.

Sarah's day date was the day before. They went four wheeling and had a bonfire. The day of the dance the boys picked up the girls in a moving van that was furnished with couches, tables, carpets, and glow sticks on the ceiling. It was an interesting surprise, and Sarah had lots of fun.
Sarah was finally successful putting on her date's boutonniere.

Sarah's date liked her flapper dress!

Good job on the bouteneire pinning. I never really found a prom girl who could do it. I always seemed to be put in charge. Most of the guys seemed grateful that their dates weren't coming at their hearts with sharp objects. Prom is so much fun, but the surprises and the wierd moments are the things you never forget. I loved both dresses! I really think that the dresses are the most important part because that is something that the girl can really control.

I think it's the gold dress!!!! Kate was wearing that gold dress when her date was incredibly awkward and didn't even dress up! the dress is cursed!!!

I think the dress is cursed too. I remember Kate's terrible dance experience while she was wearing it!

So what are you going to do with the cursed prom dress? Do you have anyone you want to get even with?
