Christmas was wonderful! I will be putting on some pictures in another blog. For right now, I have 30 minutes of free time! I am at school now and the student that I work with at this time is absent. Shoot! I could clean up the classroom, but I did that before Christmas and I have only been back to school for four days. It really isn't too messy. Good thing I have a computer in my classroom- maybe I can get caught up on my blog.
Getting up at 5:00am to go to the gym is hard to get used to again. I think that my body needed the three extra hours of sleep each day. During the Christmas vacation, I would find myself waking up at 8:00 each morning. Now that school is back in session, so am I. No more "burning daylight" for me even though I am home from the gym before the sun comes up.
This week is the end of the 2nd term and the 1st semester. We have put in a few extra hours this week making sure we are all invited to the 4.0 party. This maybe held in conjunction with our Kwanzaa party. We haven't had ours yet. If there are any great ideas on a 4.0 Kwanzaa party let me know.
Throughout the break we had a great time as we: watched Lost, went to Thanksgiving Point to the Dinosaur Museum, watched Lost (again), went to Cabella's, watched Lost (some more), we went shopping in Park City, watched Lost (until we were in trouble for watching Lost too much), and then we hit all of the after Christmas sales after we watched the last episode of the fourth season of Lost. Marty was starting to think that we were a "Lost" cause.
Well, time's up.

None of my Christmas break was Lost because I spent the three weeks I was down with pneumonia on that Lost cause. Like Marty, Bob doesn't get Lost either.
