The Witch Doctor Diet and Exercise Program

For the last month or two I have been working with all of the students at school on the Dance Festival. Each day over the last month has consisted of practicing each grade level dance with 100 or more students and then practicing the school wide dance "The Witch Doctor."

Today was our final dress rehearsal. Tomorrow is the big day! I am excited for this to be over with.

As I was dancing to the "Witch Doctor" today, I had a few people come up and ask how I had lost weight. I told them that it was my new Witch Doctor diet and exercise plan. This plan is basically eat a quick bite of high fiber cereal, run to school, drink lots of water while dancing outside in varying temperatures for 4 hours 4 times a week.

Dancing has seemed to also be an appetite suppressant. Maybe it is all of the stress of being in charge of the dance festival, girls' camp, and finding a new job. Whatever it is, my clothes are fitting loosely and my face is a little thinner.

After tomorrow my Witch Doctor Diet will be over and I will start my Girls' Camp/New York diet. Hopefully it will be better than last year's camp diet!

four hours in the sun? are you tan? you can't beat a diet that makes you thin and tan.

You know you are going to get a lot of hits on your blog for your new diet. Maybe you could bottle up a potion and make millions! The directions: Take two tablespoons in the morning and dance for four hours in the hot sun.
