For the last month or so, Marty has found a new show that happens to be on Sunday nights. It's called River Monsters. This is pretty much a fishing show.

In the show's defense, there are some really big, scary fish that they catch.
A few weeks ago, I noticed how Joe was slipping downstairs to play Zelda and Sarah would always need to be back at her apartment when the show came on. I would always find something interesting to do on the computer.
Yesterday, while driving home from dinner, Marty told me how excited he was that a new episode of the show was to be shown Sunday night. It was at that point that I had to break the news to him... He was the only one who really watched the show, everyone else physically or mentally left the room.
He was a bit disappointed that no one found the same joy in this new show he discovered. He was even more disappointed when I told him that it was about as fun as watching cement dry.
Marty will be able to watch his show in peace tomorrow night because we were kind and recorded it for him on his DVR in his shop.

Please tell dad that I would totally watch that show with him. He should start recording them for when I go back to Utah. I will watch that show with him every time he wants to! I love shows like that!! Tell him!!
Watching a fishing show falls below watching profesional bowling and professional golf. And I agree, it is more fun to watch cement dry than to watch any of these types of shows.
