After the snow storm of few weeks ago, Joe came home and announced that he was participating in the T.T.B. (Terrible Teenage Beard) contest with his high school this year. The rules are pretty simple: after the first snow fall of the winter, you don't shave until Christmas.
Joe seems to grow facial hair like his dad. Hair only grows in a few patches on his face.
Joe says the winner of the contest gets to be mentioned on his radio show. I think this contest was made so that teenage boys could get their mothers a Christmas present without spending any money.
