Blog Tag---You're It!

I loved reading the answers Kathleen replyed to in when she was tagged. I hope mine are as enjoyable as hers.

1. If you have pets, do you see them as merely animals, or are they members of your family?

They are family members! We love our pets! We have more animals than people living in our house right now, so maybe our pets should answer this question about their people.

2. If you can have a dream to come true, what would it be?

That I could travel whenever and where ever I wanted.

3. What is the one thing most hated by you?

Bad drivers.

4. What would you do with a billion dollars?

I would travel and see the world!

5. What helps to pull you out of a bad mood?

Music--like the Beach Boys or The Bee Gees. It's hard to be in a bad mood when you're listening and singing to music.

6. Which is more blessed, loving someone or being loved by someone?

I think both are equal. In order to be loved, one has to love someone besides themself.

7. What is your bedtime routine?

I brush and floss my teeth, go to the bathroom, set my electric blanket to preheat, say my prayers, and then fall asleep.

8. If you are currently in a relationship, how did you meet your partner?
We met at BYU. We were neighbors and good friends for a few years before we started dating. It took about 3 dates before I knew we were actually dating.
9. If you could watch a creative person in the act of the creative process, who would it be?

Michaelangelo. I would love to see how he painted the Sistine Chapel. It is beautiful-- but what a pain in the neck it must have been!

10. What kinds of books do you read?

Right now, boring text books. It looks like I will have about 2 more years of reading boring textbooks. I like reading just about anything.

11. How would you see yourself in ten years time?

A retired grandma on a mission in a foriegn land.

12. What’s your fear?

That I will spend 2 years working on my master's thesis project and have it denied.

13. Would you give up all junk food for the rest of your life for the opportunity to visit outer space?

Yes! I have already given up so much food... giving up what ever junk food I can eat shouldn't be a problem-- unless it is chocolate.. but I don't think of chocolate as junk food.

14. would you rather be single and rich or married, but poor?

I would rather be married and poor.

15. what’s the first thing you do when you wake up?

I go to the bathroom, put on my walking shoes and walk on the treadmill while watching The Office.

16. if you could change one thing about your spouse/partner what would it be?

That he would close the cupboard doors and drawers when he is finished in the kitchen.

17. If you could pick a new name for yourself, what would it be?

I like my name, however I have answered to the names Diane, Diana, Deann, Deana, and Karen.

18. Would you forgive and forget no matter how horrible a thing that special someone has done?

I would try to forgive. Forgetting is harder.

19. If you could only eat one thing for the next 6 months, what would it be?

Soup. I love soup. Soup always fills me up and there are so many kinds of soup.

Now, to tag a few people.... Bonnie, Megan, and Eric! (copy the questions on your blog and answer them)
