Look Out For Me, Oh Muddy Water!

Yesterday Marty and I saw Big River at the Sundance outdoor theater. I have always loved that musical and last night's performance was wonderful.

Marty and I celebrated our 26 year anniversary by going to the Tree Room for dinner and then to the show.

We were afraid we would be rained out, but were pleasantly surprised that not one drop of rain fell.

Big River is a musical about Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer. It follows Mark Twain's book pretty well, only leaving out a few stories.

I love the music in this show. I think that everyone in my family knows every word to every song. I had a hard time not singing along last night.

Last night's show was lots of fun. The cast did a great job and I was impressed by the local talent that Utah has to offer.
